The Town of Cobourg needed to develop a web presence that would support the Town’s communication program, be reflective of the Town’s corporate image (including a consistent look and feel), and clearly represent the Town’s corporate values.

eSolutionsGroup met these needs through:
• A complete redesign and redevelopment of the Town's website that is reflective of the Town's corporate image
• A new intuitive, service-oriented content architecture that allows web visitors to access information they need and want, quickly and easily
• Writing for the Web training with a focus on accessible content development
• Use of i:Create, a user-friendly CMS that makes inputting and updating content easy for staff
• Focus group sessions to determine needs and wants of citizens, staff and shareholders
