Bathroom remodeling is a billion dollar industry, but as COVID-19 swept the world, homeowners shut their doors and put projects on hold. As the nation's top complete bathroom remodeling company, Re-Bath needed to help its 100+ franchisees continue to engage with customers and plan safe bathroom remodeling projects. While we continued to publish relevant industry blog posts, we included messaging that acknowledged the pandemic and customers' concerns. Changing our objective to top of funnel engagement and building trust, we shifted the tone and messaging of Facebook posts to incorporate our shared humanity and curated helpful articles that fit customers’ current needs. We also kicked off an Instagram account to reach a younger demographic. Since March, we've increased FB followers by nearly 7k (an 8% increase over the previous period), drove 387k content clicks (an incredible 137% increase over the previous period), and earned 15 million impressions (an impressive 47% increase over the previous period). In just two months on Instagram, we've earned a follower growth rate of 155% (IG benchmark is 6%).
