Trinity Health is one of the largest multi-institutional Catholic healthcare delivery systems in the nation. The organization has been growing through acquisitions and wanted to create consistency and continuity across its 22 public-facing websites.
Perficient Digital was engaged to research, define, and design a new user experience for these websites. We began with a content audit of the 22 sites and identified journey maps for each. We then helped Trinity Health establish a unified approach to digital strategy, content strategy, UX, design, SEO, and analytics, while another Trinity Health partner handled the development work. We also created reusable page templates, a style guide, and a component library that will be used throughout each of the websites, providing a consistent look and feel.
The Mount Carmel Health System website was the first of these new websites to be finished, launching in December 2018. With the initial site launched, the groundwork is in place for the rest of the websites, which we will continue to help roll out through 2021.
