When designing the new Benefits website for mcleod Health – we had one key goal in mind; Make it as easy as possible for employees to access exactly the content they most want.
In order to achieve this, we first implemented an easy-to-use search field at the very top of the page. As well as having well-designed search functionality – we intentionally design the site to be as clean as possible. The strategic use of white space along with large text and colorful charts allows users to quickly see and navigate the content throughout the site.
To further deliver on the best possible user experience, we cleverly designed each of the site’s main sections with its own interactive side navigation menu. Through use of the side menu, users can always instantly advance to the content most relevant to them.
Lastly, to further help with their needs, we crafted an interactive Contact page that gives users pertinent contact info for any area in which they need help with.
