Altius is North America's leading industrial rope access training company headquartered in the vibrant city of Houston with training centers in Las Vegas, Houston, New Orleans, Calgary, Vancouver and Cape Town.





The Altius Team specializes in the training of IRATA and SPRAT industrial rope access courses along with many other parts of industrial access and safety including confined space entry, confined space rescue, safe working at height, tower climbing and tower rescue, technical rescue, and first aid.





When they came to TopSpot, they were wanting a mobile-friendly website design that had a clean interface that would help drive online leads while putting emphases on their rope training courses and team members.





The TopSpot team created a website architecture with SEO serving as the foundation and a clean, professional design that provided bold calls to action and multiple conversion opportunities throughout each page while promoting their brand, team members and experience.





The website launched on October 17th with the following features geared towards helping them achieve their goals:

Since launch, their new website has seen a 607.14% increase in online inquiries and a conversion rate increase of 430.89%. Their online revenue stemming from online bookings has increased by 67.01% ($59,290 vs. $35,500).





Their goal to have a mobile-friendly website was met as well! Mobile & Tablet traffic has increased by 39.74% since launch and online form submissions from non-desktop traffic has improved by 366.67%. Users are also viewing more Pages Per Session when on a mobile phone or tablet than with their previous website (10.8% increase) and the clicks on their phone number from mobile devices (tracked as an event in Google Analytics) have increased by 77.27%!
